Plastic thermoforming machineis the basic equipment in the secondary molding process of plastic products. The use, maintenance and maintenance in the daily production process directly affect the normal operation of the production and safe use of the equipment. The correct maintenance ofthermoforming machineis very important to ensure the stable production and prolong the service life of thermoforming machine.
Daily maintenance should pay attention to the following aspects：
①There should be enough preheating and heating time. Generally, the temperature should be kept constant for 30min after reaching the process set temperature.
②The electrical control cabinet should be purged once a month.
③When the machine is shut down for a long time, anti-rust and anti-fouling measures should be taken for the machine.
④Monthly inspection, including: lubrication condition and oil level display of each lubricating part; temperature rise and noise of the bearing of each rotating part; display of process setting temperature, pressure, time, etc.; movement condition of each moving part, etc.
According to the time cycle and specific contents, the maintenance ofthermoforming equipmentis generally divided into four levels:
Level-1 maintenanceis mainly a regular maintenance for cleaning and checking equipment, adjusting and eliminating oil circuit system failures. The time interval is generally 3 months.
Level-2 maintenanceis a planned maintenance work for the equipment to be fully cleaned, partially dismantled, inspected, and partially repaired. The time interval is generally 6 to 9 months.
Level-3 is a plannedmaintenance work that disassembles, inspects and repairs the vulnerable parts of the equipment. The time interval is generally 2 to 3 years.
Overhaul is a planned maintenance work that completely disassembles and repairs the equipment. The time interval period is 4 to 6 years.
